Cooking with saffron:

In the kitchen, saffron finds its place in all courses of the meal.

It’s a spice that accompanies well with starters, meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, pastries or fruit deserts.

The art of the dose:

1 to 2 stigmas per person for sweet dishes 2 to 3 stigmas per person for salty dishes


For all recipes, infuse the saffron beforehand in 5cl to 10cl of warm water, milk, wine, creme, egg whites or other juices.
Hermetically cover and let infuse.

The coloring power, the aroma and all the flavors will then be liberated.

Necessary time of infusion: 15 min to 12 hours according to the recipe and your patience!
